Sampling Plan ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 R2013 (Single)

To configure the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 R2013 (Single) sampling plan, do the following:
- In the Effective Date section, type the date and time to start using the plan. For help setting the date, double click the date field, click the desired date, and then click the OK button. For help setting the time, double click the time field, click the desired time, and then click the OK button.
- In the Acceptance Quality Limit drop-down list, click the AQL value as prescribed from your internal quality procedures.
- In the Inspection Level drop-down list, click the inspection level from your internal quality procedures.
- In the Inspection State drop-down list, click the inspection state from your internal quality procedures.

To set the available options, do the following:

To receive an email notification when your lot is eligible to change inspection states from normal to tightened/reduced, click to check Enable Switching Rule Notification (Event).
- To require the data entry operator to select an Assignable Cause Code (ACC) upon inspection state change, click to check Require Assignable Cause Code (ACC).
- To require the data entry operator to select a Corrective Action Code (CAC) upon inspection state change, click to check Require Corrective Action Code (CAC).

To automatically switch inspection state between normal and tightened/reduced, click to check Automatically Switch Inspection State.
NOTE: ProFicient allows the following automatic state switches: Normal to Tightened, Tightened to Normal, and Reduced to Normal.
- To apply the automatic inspection state switch to all existing lots, click to check Apply changes to all pending lots.
- To configure SPC MI to require 100% inspection of the lot if the lot fails the selected plan, click to check Switch to 100% inspection plan on failure.

- Click the OK button.
